Our vehicles are constantly being updated and designed to provide service using the latest technology and systems; all our vehicles are high-model vehicles. Our transfer vehicles undergo periodic maintenance at authorized service centers on time, and we have a dedicated department for this. Our transfer vehicles are fully disinfected every two weeks, and our drivers meticulously clean them daily.
Upon request, we can provide baby car seats suitable for your baby's age and month, completely free of charge.
Our payment system currently only allows cash payments to the transfer driver.
Every family member who is going to travel abroad must have a passport valid for at least 6 months.

Personal luggages are accepted aboard within considerable weight and size. Heavy and large items those required to be declared to customs, can be carried by cargo ships only.
Pets; like cats and dogs (except the outrageous dogs like American Pitbull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, Doberman, Rottweiler) those have a valid international vaccination and health card besides any other document which government requires, can be accepted for carriage in case both parties agreed in advance.Acceptance of pets' carriage is only possible if the owner of the pet takes full responsibility.
